The ECo Committee took part in the nationwide Garden Bird Watch.
The children recorded the number of the different species of birds which visited the school grounds.
They analysed the data and found that the Blackbird was the most popular with the Greenfinch being the least popular.
Eleven of the birds listed were observed less than ten times each.
The children forwarded their data to the RSPB and were awarded a Certificate for their participation in the survey.
