Today P7 had a great time eating the fresh produce that we have been growing. We ate our juicy tomatoes with some crackers. They were very tasty. We also made carrot and lentil soup using the carrots we pulled from the vegetable garden on Friday. Everyone agreed it was delicious and many children took the recipe home for their family to make. It was easy to make and so nutritious! Enjoy our photos below.
