Margaret from the LMCNI visited our school to do a cookery demonstration on the theme of healthy eating. The children were encouraged to include more vegetables in their diet alongside meat and lamb for protein. The food we sampled was delicious and the children all received a pencil and recipe book for them to try some tasty dishes at home.
