Our class took part in numerous activities to celebrate Maths Week. We signed up to a Mini Quiz with Maths Week Ireland and worked alongside 511 other schools!! In class we did a Maths Around Us quiz focussing on our observation skills and estimation capabilities. We also did Maths Warm Ups in the morning when we came in to school. We realised through chatting that Maths is not just a topic to study in school, we will need it for the rest of our lives. We played Hit The Button to help learn our times tables. We had a great week!
