Yesterday for Pancake Tuesday, we had the chance to make delicious pancakes with Mrs Alderdice using her amazing recipe. We carefully measured out all the ingredients, mixed the batter until it was smooth and watched excitedly as the pancakes cooked to a perfect golden colour. The best part was choosing our favourite toppings and enjoying the pancakes together.
